La Nuova Fattoria is equipped with single, double, triple and family rooms, all furnished in classic style, all with balcony and equipped with en-suite bathroom with shower and courtesy set, air conditioning, flat-screen TV and private parking free. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building and the rooms are cleaned daily.
To welcome all this, the welcome of the owners and all the staff, and a tender awakening with a rich buffet for breakfast with artisan croissants, fresh fruit, cereals, jams, single-dose chocolates, tarts, donuts, coffee , tea, cappuccino and much more, all conveniently served in our summer garden and in our elegant winter lounge. All to offer guests a relaxing holiday.

Conditions relating to the stay
BOOKING:
- Children under 12 pay 15,00€ per night (when using existing beds).
- 30% deposit at time of booking and balance at check-in.
COMFORT AND SERVICES INCLUDED:
Daily cleaning - Linen change - TV in the room - Hairdryer - Air conditioning - Free WI-FI - Free parking.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
To guarantee you a pleasant stay inside our structure:
- The arrival time is from 11.30 to 20.00;
- On the day of departure the house must be left by 10.30 am.
EXTRA SERVICES:
The structure has an agreement with various commercial activities in the area such as Shuttle Service Agencies for Airports, Ports, Stations and day trips in Salento.
